Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services

¶¶ÒõÆƽâ°æ (LCOOU) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services. This request for proposals is part of a selection process to engage a CM firm to provide services for the construction of its proposed new dormitory which will consist of 82 beds and an alternate of 16 additional beds for a possible total of 98 beds and associated amenities.
