Housing at Dean

¶¶ÒõÆƽâ°æ offers a variety of student housing options. At ¶¶ÒõÆƽâ°æ, you are provided housing for your entire tenure, providing you adhere to our Each residence hall is staffed by Resident Assistants and is overseen by full-time, professional staff members known as Resident Directors. The Residence Life staff strives to foster a welcoming, residential community through intentionally-designed residence education with programs each week! Adams Hall

A co-educational residence hall offering standard singles and double rooms for approximately 105 residents. All rooms are carpeted, with most rooms having built in closets. The first floor includes a common area with a television and seating. There is a kitchen located on the first floor as well. Laundry facilities are available on each floor. All Sophomore, Junior, and Senior class years are eligible to live in Adams Hall.

Alumni Memorial Hall

A co-educational residence hall by floor consisting of both singles and doubles, housing 28 residents. Often referred to as Memorial Hall, Alumni Memorial Hall is designated as a quiet-living, substance-free environment. There is a lounge and kitchen located on the second floor for all residents to enjoy. Laundry facilities are available on the 4th floor for all residents. All Sophomore, Junior, and Senior class years are eligible to live in Memorial Hall.

Bourret Hall

Bourret Hall is our largest residence hall housing 144 residents in double rooms. The first floor includes a common area with a television, couches, and vending machines as well as a kitchen. Small lounges are available on each floor. Laundry facilities are available on the first floor. All Sophomore, Junior, and Senior class years are eligible to live in Bourret Hall.

Ewen, Wallace and Jones Halls

Ewen, Wallace and Jones Halls are traditional style residence halls that accommodate approximately 100 students each and are co-ed residence areas by floor/wing. Ewen, Wallace and Jones Hall are exclusively designed as first-year living. These halls offer double and triple rooms. Single rooms are limited. Residents enjoy a furnished common lounge area equipped with a TV and kitchen with full appliances. Laundry facilities can be located in Wallace and Jones Hall.

Franklin Center Commons

Franklin Commons [offered referred to as the “Condos”] is apartment style, offering a more independent living environment for Junior and Senior class years, housing 79 residents. Franklin Commons consists of 2-person, 4-person and 5-person condo options with double and triple rooms. There are no single room options available. Franklin Commons includes a shared lounge/entryway on the first floor, with access to the elevator. Each unit is furnished and includes a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer (free!), living room with hardwood floors, bedroom[s], and central air. Each condo is also assigned one parking space located on the premises. Students at Franklin Commons will have Fios internet and cable. The Condos is just a short walk to campus!

Horne Hall

Horne Hall is a suite-style residence hall for 122 residents. Horne Hall suites consist of single and double rooms, with most of the suites housing four residents per suite. Each suite includes a shared bathroom and living room. Horne Hall includes a shared kitchen and lounge on the first floor with access to an outdoor patio. Laundry facilities are available on each floor. Horne Hall includes an elevator and central air.

Houston House

Houston House is an all male residence hall, housing 13 students. Houston House is made up of singles, doubles, and triples. The first floor includes a large living room and a kitchen. Laundry facilities are located on the 1st floor.

Mitchell House

An all-female Victorian-style house for 27 residents. Mitchell House offers double and triple rooms. The first floor includes a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Laundry facilities are located on the 1st floor. Mitchell House includes central air. All Sophomore, Junior, and Senior class years are eligible to live in Mitchell Hall.

Clark House

Clark House is a small, all-female house for 12 residents located behind the Library Learning Commons. Clark House consists of singles and doubles on three floors. All residents have access to a shared kitchen and living room. Laundry facilities are available on the 1st floor. All Sophomore, Junior, and Senior class years are eligible to live in Clark Hall.

Dean Hall

Dean Hall, located in the heart of campus and overlooking Awpie Way houses approximately 99 residents. It is a traditional style, on the 3rd and 4th floors offering single, double, and quad rooms. Each floor includes a full lounge and kitchenette. The third floor includes Laundry Facilities.

Woodward Hall

A co-educational residence hall located in the center of campus. The residence hall is suite-style with double and triple rooms in each suite. A limited number of singles are available. Each suite has access to a shared community bathroom and lounge space. The kitchen and laundry facilities are located on the basement level. Woodward Hall includes an elevator and central air. All Sophomore, Junior, and Senior class years are eligible to live in Woodward Hall.
